The travel stories aren’t going anywhere.
In fact the archive is getting longer and longer!

However, just as I am this blog is also evolving.

Living beyond your boundaries for me, isn’t just restricted to faraway places, getting spectacularly lost or finding myself in situations that make very good stories.

Sometimes the boundaries are in the everyday.

As I’ve started this journey, I’ve realised there are other stories I want to tell.
Stories about people I’ve met, experiences that have deeply impacted me, things that have made me question what I thought I knew and moments that have made me see life differently.

So this is the other side of Live Beyond Your Boundaries.

A place for the things that leave me pondering.

Three Parts of the Same Story

A THREE-PART REFLECTION ON STATUS, IDENTITY AND BEING SEEN

What started as one reflection about status somehow became three.

I’ve been thinking about the labels we use to define ourselves.

And what happens when life doesn’t follow the path we imagined.

The more I wrote, the more I realised there wasn’t just one question I was trying to answer.

There were three.

One about how other people see us.

One about how we see and treat each other.

And one, perhaps the most rawest, about learning to see ourselves again.

So here are three different parts of the same story.

Part One – Do You See Me or My Status?
